I would highly recommend Andrew Guillot as a realtor. He was extremely helpful with the entire process of buying a house. I was a first time home buyer, and had no idea what to expect. He responded to my messages quickly and he was very informative on what steps would be next. I had my concerns, but he put my mind to rest with helpful suggestions- which ultimately GOT ME MY HOUSE.

Andrew had said from the beginning that he is in the business of building relationships, and it was true. He was very personable, attentive and informative. Even though I was searching for property in areas he wasn't familiar with, you would have ever known it. He found each place with ease and didn't seem to mind hopping around from place to place. Andrew even drove me and my kids to 5 showings in a row his vehicle! Andrew is a do-it-yourselfer, a home owner and a landlord. He was very good at noticing areas in a home that would need attention and told us how to do it. He was with us every step of the way. We highly recommend him to find your next home.

Andrew was very helpful in helping my fiance and I buy our first home! He was always readily available via email and text and always made sure he showed us homes in neighborhoods that we were interested. He was also very respectful of our budget which made the process easy. He also provided us our paperwork in paperless methods which is super convenient and my fiance and I can refer to all documents via email. Overall, he was honest, very helpful and didn't make the process difficult or overwhelming for two young homebuyers. Highly recommend!
