Hard to come by these days but a true 5 star experience all around. There isn’t enough good things I can say about Andrew, he went above and beyond for me in the sale of my house. Hands down the best experience in selling a property I have had to date. I work 11-hour days most days of the week and run multiple small business on the side, I decided to jump on the market swing here in Colorado during the pandemic. I started behind the selling ramp up that you normally need in getting a property out on the market by the time frame I wanted, with Landscaping and internal fixes left to go. I had been working with landscapers for over A YEAR to try and get it done and with covid was finding troubles all around. Andrew came in with his knowledge of the market, and what needed to be done to get me the best price for my house (min investment for max return). He knew good crews that came in and finished my landscaping in 3 weeks, painters that came in a day, and the best part was he held them accountable, maintained the communication lines and executed the idea of the property to a “T”, elevating the stress and burden that normally comes with selling a home. To top it off through the process he maintained an eye on the market and the values in the area and by the time it was ready to sell I got WAY more than I thought I could even in this market, and was able to get it above asking price during a time where the bids numbers were diminishing. Even after the whole thing he has kept in contact and has been managing the transition between the two parties with patience and an upbeat attitude. Now adays its hard to find but he earned every dollar and then some, I will definitely be using him again for all future purchases in the Colorado area.
