Andrew was very helpful with finding us a lot of different options during our home search as well as being open to setting times up to look at homes that we found on our own. He was very efficient and scheduled things in a timely matter allowing us to find a home that fit what we were looking for.

My wife and I met Andrew at an open house in my neighborhood in Fletcher Hills area in El Cajon; by that time I was trying to sell my house for over a year with a different agent; I expressed all my concerns to Andrew, and he immediately helped us, he is very communicative, knowledgeable guy, and he is the type of person that likes to help and do the right thing; he gave us advice, he took upon his shoulders our problems and made them his, he became our agent after that moment, and he got us 6 offers in one month, we got some low ball offers but he never pressured us to take them, instead he trusted his skills and he was very confident that we could sell our house for more, and in a matter of days he got us the offer that we wanted, after we accepted the offer everything went smoothly, we always knew what was going on, he fought for our rights in the negotiation process and even got us per diem due to a delay from the buyers, that's how good he is!!! If you are selling or buying a house, Andrew will do everything in his power to help, and he will go out of his way and beyond for you.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. After our initial conversations he knew exactly which properties to show us and on many occasions he would show them to us the day that they came on the market! This way we were able to quickly make an offer on our dream home. We always felt Andrew had our best interest at heart. During he escrow he was on top of things and helped us rectify issues with the seller, lender and title company before they became a problem. The day we closed, the seller was unable to provide us with master building keys and garage door openers within an hour Andrew took it upon himself to buy a pink garage door opener for me.
