My wife and I made the decision to sell a rental home in California to purchase a home in Tennessee. This would be a rental home until we are ready to move into it ourselves several years from now. I made contact with three different realtors in Tennessee to begin our search for a home to buy. He is always available when called, I don't think I went more than 15 minutes before he got back to me. After many weeks of communicating back and forth, I flew to Tennessee to look at some homes, I only had 2 days I could be there. Andrew scheduled 2 days of house hunting and we were able to find a home we liked. With Andrew's help we were able to negotiate a purchase price with the seller and we now own a home in Tennessee. Andrew even referred us to another local realtor who provides full service property management and we have Tenants set to move in after only one day of listing.
