Everything Andrew does along the way (which is ALWAYS above and beyond without even asking) he's incredibly knowledgeable, proactive and a true Trusted Advisor, especially when it comes to owning the relationship between the other side's agent, the mortgage company, closing company as well as the HOA and any associated property management company. Having done transactions with and without him, I can't imagine a world where I would ever want to buy/sell another house without Andrew by my side.

Let me start by saying, I have moved four times due to work relocation. Andrew has been the absolute best agent I’ve worked with. He knows the business inside and out, knows how to guide you with negotiations, actually listens to what you are looking for and stays with you during the whole process. He has developed tons of relationships with contractors, banks, insurance agents and attorneys and provides you with choices if needed. I’m currently living on the west coast, there is a three hour time difference, but Andrew always got back to me within a short amount of time. I would say the thing I enjoyed most about working with Andrew was his ability to communicate and keep me informed during the entire process.
