Andrew is, hands down, an expert in his field of real estate. The consultation was in depth and much attention was put towards actual goals of selling the property; not just for "how much" or for "by when." From out of touch buyers and agents to unpredictable changes in goals, as in my situation, Andrew was able to change gameplans as needed to get the most out of the sale. He also went out of his way to assist me with necessary permits / inspections on my behalf as well as gathering necessary documents while I was out of state and could not get it done on my own. Communication was A+ while maintaining a positive attitude through the ups and downs of the sales process. His agency, Compass, has great programs available to sellers as well as advanced data of capturing potential buyers, understanding the market and setting realistic expectations, as well as prepping for sale, to achieve the goals that were discussed on Day 1.
