Buying a home with an FHA loan

When my wife and I started our home search, the first broker we work with seem to be distance. He only showed us three properties over a two week period. He continue to push us away from home we wanted to see. He refused to tell us about the details of FHA homes. I told my wife we need to make a change and decided to drop this broker. Some introduce us to Andretta. And WOW, what a 360 degree turn around. Andretta, listen to what we were looking for in a home. Then she went to work. Two days later she showed us three home. That better that viewing three home in two weeks. Andretta, explained to us the little and big things to look for when buying a home. Well after visiting about 10 homes, we found the perfect house in Chicago Heights. Andretta is freaking amazing.
