Immediately her welcoming personality, and high energy let us knew that this was our relator. Being first time home buyers, real estate terminology and documentation was provided for familiarization. Andreshia dedicated her time and energy to best accommodate us by being available on weekends or late evenings for showings to ensure we had a chance to view our options. Communication was also exceptional during the entire home buying process despite the day or time. She knew what we wanted even when we didn’t, remained patient and support us while expressing frustrations on rejected offers. Andreshia presented the option for a new construction along with information needed to move forward. She visited the model home, recorded videos for us and visited the construction property due to our unavailability. She regularly followed up with seller’s agent, loan officers, and all other necessary parties on updates during closing.
