Born in Charlotte, Andres and his family moved to Cali, Colombia, when he was three years old. He, then, returned to Charlotte when he was eighteen years old and has called the Queen City home ever since. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a degree in International Business Administration. With many years of industry experience, Andres started his real estate career in March 2010 as a real estate investor and property flipper. He became a Realtor® in 2012 and has brokered over 250 transactions to date. With years of experience under his belt, Andres has first-hand expertise in nearly every real estate field: as a real estate agent, an investor, a mortgage lender, a broker, a landlord, and a homebuyer–which gives him unparalleled insight into every aspect of a real estate transaction. He has also received many accolades and designations within the industry, specializing in Sales Mastery, Foreclosures, Leasing Options, Wholesaling, and more. As a long-time resident of Charlotte, Andres takes pride in Charlotte’s distinctive vibe, calling it a “big city with a relatively small-town feel.” As an area expert, he primarily serves South Charlotte, Uptown Charlotte, and the surrounding area. Determined and goal-oriented, Andres thrives in a fast-paced market and expertly navigates his clients through the ever-changing market. While Andres thrives in working with buyers and sellers of every stage, he specializes in working with real estate investors, builders, and developers for mid-sized companies, as well as luxury home buyers. As an investor and property flipper, Andres has a deep understanding of the entire process. Whether he’s working with a first-time homebuyer or an established real estate developer, his approach to every transaction is personalized to meet every client’s needs. When he isn’t busy brokering real estate transactions and working with investors, Andres likes to spend his free time giving back to the community as a youth group leader, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his wife Audrey and their seven children.
