Andres was the perfect realtor for our family. Though realtors have many things going on at once, we received the attention and care as if we were his only focus. He is great with communicating the status and process of your sale/purchase and he is on top of all the constant changes the market is always having. We loved that. It's clear that he is in the right field and you can tell he loves what he does, it shows with his work ethic and attractive personality. He is also bilingual which is a must for working in Miami, FL. We would definitely call him again for any future needs and I'm sure anyone would be happy working with him as well.

Mr. Giraldo helped me buying a house in Coconut Grove in 2010 and then sell it in 2013. He had outstanding knowledge of the Coconut Grove and Coral Gables neighborhoods my wife and I were interested in and of the real estate norms in Miami-Dade County.
