Andres is an excellent realtor. His best quality is that he is good listener and understood our needs and our taste. He was extremely patient with us and offered amazing dedication and service to our search. He was very diligent and did his homework about the areas we where looking at. He gave great advise and recommendations, even down to the negotiation of the price. You always feel he has your best interest at heart. He was on top of all parties (owner's realtor, title company, appraiser, real estate lawyer) meeting all their deadlines. This was extremely helpful. All in all he is the complete realtor package.

Mr. Giraldo helped me buying a house in Coconut Grove in 2010 and then sell it in 2013. Andres is very thorough and responsive. I really appreciated his analytical approach on properties, as it made my buying process a lot more efficient. This was particularly important to me, as I was an out of state buyer.
