From the day we first contacted Andres we knew our first home buying experience would be unique and wonderful. I have to say after all the wait, he really exceeded our expectations. Every text or email was replied to promptly, every call was returned or answered immediately. He guides us with selecting the home best suited for us and answer all questions as we were on a tight schedule. To his credit we were able to select and make a deposit the same day. AS we waited for all the financials and additional paperwork needed, Andres kept us inform on the home progress. Finally, the time came to inspect the house. He met us there and gave us more information on what to expect. He was also at closing and once again guide us on that final process.
