My girlfriend and I recently sold our home in Tukwila, and Andres was our realtor. We couldn't have had a better agent on our side helping us through the process. He is very thorough, willing to take time to explain things (which was important to us as first time home-sellers), and he is VERY knowledgeable. It is clear Andres has the experience and has the ability to connect with people to make it a positive transaction for everyone involved. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, and we will certainly miss having a go-to guy out here in Seattle as we are moving away. Believe it or not, he was our agent when we bought our home as well, and we enjoyed working with him so much we reached out to him when it came time to sell.
