My family and I bought a home through Andrea this past June 2014. It was not a pleasant experience. First, my family and I are the ones who found the home we're in---not Andrea. Andrea was too busy finding homes that were garbage compared to ours and the asking price was way too high for a garbage home. Then, Andrea recommends a home inspector. What a lousy home inspector. Again, at Andrea's recommendation, we hired this guy to inspect our home prior to the closing of the home and he essentially finds nothing wrong with the home. After we move in, we discovered that the plumbing to the entire house had been compromised due to the seller's negligence of not putting salt into the water softener system outside. As a result, we have corroded and clogged pipes and faucets due to the home inspector not probing for problems. To restore water to the master bedroom cost us $650. Two days ago, our dishwasher went. It gushed water all over our dining room due to the corroded water supply line finally deteriorating. The home was on the market for a total of five (5) days. We didn't get keys at the closing---they were sitting outside the house where they could have been easily taken. Furthermore, we received no garage door openers. When we asked Andrea, she advised that we go buy them for $15-$30. Andrea, seriously? You could have saved the cheap, hooch wine as a gift and choked up a garage door opener instead. After all, did you not receive the easiest $4,000 commission of your life in such a short amount of time for really doing nothing?
