I have used Andrea twice before to buy and sell my homes. I am always confident in her that she will list my house within market value, priced to sell. Both my homes sold within a week. I received the asking price and more. When searching for a new home, Andrea knew me well enough and had insight as to my likes and dislikes. I would see homes for sale but when I called Andrea, she was well aware of the listings and knew they weren't for me. She did her research before we went and viewed any properties.
