Exceptional in every aspect!

Andrea is a dynamo… She is extremely knowledgeable about the current market in the area, and in this neighborhood specifically. With Andreas expertise, we went from walking in the front door for a showing, discussing our offer strategy, to having a signed agreement in 6 (yes, six) hours. And, we still paid significantly lower than the asking price! We’re glad she was representing us, and not the other party…. Whenever we buy, or sell, we will only be doing business with Andrea Solano!
