Through extensive online research we came across Andrea's profile and were very impressed. We had intended to meet with several brokers but after meeting with Andrea first we didnt feel the need to look any further. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. We had a rental property that we were trying to sell and were unable to be in the area on a regular basis and Andrea went above and beyond to be available for us. Having been a real estate agent myself many years back, I know the "typical" agent and Andrea is anything but typical. She is completely invested in the sale - available at all times for any questions, extremely patient and will go the extra mile for her customers. Where many agents would just select the highest bid on your home, Andrea went beyond the bid to make sure the buyer was qualified so we wouldnt waste our time and that effort certainly saved us a couple times. Finally, it was wonderful to see Andrea show up to what turned out to be a very stressful closing (due to the buyers lawyer) - she saw the sale through from A to Z. She's a professional and a lovely person inside and out - We would be happy to work with her again in the future and highly recommend Andrea to any and all looking for agent
