I can't say enough good things about my recent experience. My property was for sale for a year before I signed on with Andrea Roddy and Janis DeGregory & Associates. I closed on the property within 2.5 months of her taking over. This was a tough property to sell in the wintertime but I think her marketing and people skills are what made it happen. Andrea's communication skills are top notch! She always kept me informed and returned calls, texts and emails promptly and was quick to follow up for feedback from any showings. Andrea was very good about explaining the details and next steps in the real estate process. She laid out all the information for me so that I was confident in any decisions I had to make.
