very professional, and helped along the whole process, even at 11pm, when i had questions. she would come along to learn things from the finance side of things, to learn about the difficulties and peculiarities of condos. so she could be a better realtor in the future. showed me many properties till we found the right one, and offered real guidance if the area was a little sketchy, she didn't want me to end up in an area where i could get robbed or mugged, even if it meant losing a sale. she checked out the local sales of the area, when i found the place i liked. and came with me every time i had to do some walk thru or check up on the condo. such a friendly and responsible realtor. and helped with negotiating. i couldn't have done it without her. thank you andrea.
