I am so happy working with Andrea during my purchase of my new condo. I am a first time home buyer, and totally relied on Andrea. She is always so patient to explain all the details to me no matter how small the questions were. We've seen many condo units during 2017 Oct to early Dec, as I did not want to take off hours from work, so every time we went to see the units after 5:30 pm or during weekends. She always responded so fast even very late in the evening if I had any questions and set up the schedule efficiently, and she always printed all the information paper sheets and wrote down the important notes for me when we met. Andrea is a very kind person and very professional, I like her and trust her. At the first month, I was a bit eagerly wanted to put a high price offer on one condo as I was worried that I could not find one before my rent lease ended, she told me that it was overpriced and showed me how she made the conclusion after doing lots of comparison work. So we moved away that one and finally we found this right unit, cheaper price, more square feet, better layout, awesome location. We immediately decided to put one offer, and got accepted the next day with a very decent price. I am so excited that under her help, I finally found my dream first home. She is an amazing agent who made my purchase process so smoothly. I really appreciated a lot. I definitely will recommend her to all my friends for home selling/purchase in the future. Also I am so glad that now I've met this great friend in 2017.
