We met Andrea Lilienfeld online more than 3 years ago when my brother and I decided we wanted to purchase a vacation home. As I searched for a home I wasn't even financially prepared to buy, Andrea took the time to send me the most recent listings on a daily basis. When we were finally approved to buy in 2016, Andrea took my brother to view 10 different homes within a 2 day period. She found us the perfect house that met all of our needs and it even had an inground pool. Just recently, my brother was diagnosed with MS, and we were forced to sell our beautiful vacation home. Andrea went above and beyond to prepare the house for showing. She had the house in pristine condition in just a few hours. She did everything, as the house is in Arizona and we live in New York. Andrea's pictures were professional and visually appealing. She posted the pictures on the MLS, and the house had 4 offers within 2 days, resulting in a sale. Andrea addressed all of the concerns the new buyer had, and she kept in constant communication with me as questions were asked and problems arose during the inspection. Problems that did not pass inspection, Andrea made sure they were fixed within a few days. During the closing process, Andrea even brought my son shampoo and soap while we stayed at our hotel because he was unhappy with the hotel's quality of soap. What realtor does that? Bottom line....not only is Andrea the best out there, she is the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met. She is hardworking, ethical, and honest, and she genuinely cares about people...not just clients, but people. I feel so lucky to have met her, and my brother and I will definitely call on her again to assist us in finding another perfect house once my brother is well.

Andrea and Geoff helped me sell my condo and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From start to finish the process was seamless! I loved receiving constant updates of other activity in my neighborhood. I also love how help Andrea was during the inspection/appraisal process of the transaction.
