Andrea was very pleasant to work with. She was always accessible and answered my MANY questions quickly! This was the first time we have sold a house and knew absolutely nothing. She is very knowledgeable about the area and priced our house perfectly for a quick sale. She made great recommendations on what to fix/update on our house before listing and they were right on target. She made sure the house looked perfect before the pictures were taken and the house was listed. She navigated the pending sale process great and constantly kept us in the loop.
