We were so lucky to work with Andrea for our lake house purchase. She was always fast to send me the latest updates for house available and quick to show us the ones we liked! Her experience and knowledge of the houses and area were were interested in helped us tremendously. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. She's very responsive and always made herself available. She accommodated our requests for virtual tours while we were still out of state. She quickly shared seller's disclosures, and we preferred to browse her listing than Zillow/Realtor because it provided more comprehensive information including schools. This is the second time I've used Andrea when handling a move, and I was very happy with how the entire process went both times! This time, my fiancée and I were moving to a new build house, so it was a very long process that involved a lot of communication, obstacles, and decision making. Andrea always made herself available if we ran into any issues or had any questions during the process, whether it was via text, phone call, or even in person. This was our first time buying a new build, and having her on our side really helped us be confident throughout the whole process. Her ability to roll with the punches when needed and remain composed when confronted with hurdles really helped us stay positive and less anxious through the process. Andrea also has a very good sense for the market, and was able to get our previous home sold over our asking price after 3 days of showings. She had meetings with us to go over the ideal set up for showings, scheduled a photographer, gave us a timeline, helped us understand our offers, and did a lot of the things for us that helped ease the stress of moving. She does an excellent job blending the professionalism you want in an agent with the friendliness you want in someone helping with this process. She loves dogs and is willing to get to know her clients. I'd recommend her to anyone I know.
