This lady is a seasoned (17 years) real estate professional who came highly recommended. We met, discussed my property and what I needed to do to ensure a sale in a reasonable time at the best price possible. She delivered ! She was adept at handling the negotiations, facilitating the inspections, communicating with the purchaser to ensure a seamless transfer. She is at the top of her profession in that all I had to do was follow her recommendations in preparing my property for sale and letting her handle the rest. I wish that my move had been as easy as the sale. Oh, two days on market and I got my asking price.
