Andrea is an excellent, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable realtor who we whole-heartedly recommend. As first-time buyers, we had almost no idea what to expect along the way. We had ideas about what we wanted, but no clue about the coastal market. Now, thanks to Andrea, we have our own house a few blocks from the beach in Seaside, OR. We started with a list of potential houses found on Zillow. Right away, Andrea was able to narrow the list by weeding out problem properties and finding red flags where we would never know to look.
