Due to our mother's declining health and her home no longer being a safe environment for her, my siblings and I had to move our mother out. My siblings and I were stressed, and our emotions were on edge. There is much I could say; but, I limit it to say that there was a lot going on. Andrea was there with us from the beginning when the house was in disarray! I really got the feeling from her that we mattered. She took the time to connect with each one of us as best a possible under the circumstances. More than I can say, Andrea became an extension of our family! I really thought the sale of the house would take months. Yes, the whole process was over three months. Andrea was available in person, via phone call, via text, and email! She was very involved it the process. Once the house was ready it did not take long before offers were made. Despite her physical limitations, my mother wanted to be at the Closing. Andrea was there! She connected with my mother as a person. Andrea was available after we left and ensured that everything went well. Andrea, thank you caring and making my mother feel that she matters!

My experience was not good at all. The process was ok, the viewing good. I know the goal for their team is to WIN and sell. If they don't have a win or a sell you are dropped like a bad habit. I was denied, yes. no biggie .. not a call, not an email. I had to call them to check the status. But they will be texting and emailing the application link to get the $75 fee. And say hey we have other people looking at the place, we don't want you to lose this great deal! Great strategy! It's selling. The communication breakdown horrible. They should be able to communicate great and bad news approved or not.
