Andrea is fantastic! I was relocating from out of state and new very little about Charlottesville. She took the time to hear my needs and tailored the search to those. She also went to see homes when I could not. I have never had to buy a house without even walking in it, and I had total confidence in Andrea when the time came to make the offer. She kept me up to date on any and all progress and knew she was there to get the deal done. She is not only knowledgeable of the market but extremely kind too! Highly recommend Andrea!!

I moved to Charlottesville October ‘21. I started working with Andrea in November, and I closed on a place July 16, 2022. Andrea was always fun, patient, prompt, and full of good suggestions and information about the various neighborhoods. Once I settled on a neighborhood, she was patient while I waited for just the right place. She did everything she could to make it happen, and it worked! I highly recommend Andrea.
