If I had to use one word to describe our experience with Andrea, it would have to be WOW!!! We decide to place our home on the market and expected it may take a few months to sell. Andrea came in, directed us wisely on what to do to make our home show ready. She advised us on the price point, one we were very happy with! The For Sale sign went in our yard and we had 5 showings in the first week. One of those showings became a cash offer and within 7 days of listing our home we had a cash contract! That's what I call WOW service! Thank you Andrea!
