Andrea is a miracle worker

Andrea is a miracle worker. My wife and I owned a home in the Beacon Rd & Lincoln Rd area of Lakeland that had been rented out for 6 years (since we moved to North Texas in July 2012), and after our tenants moved out, the place was a mess. We enlisted Andrea as our agent (we had kept in touch with her through the years, and she was always quick to give us her professional opinion regarding the So. Lklnd real estate market & our home's real value). She was proactive in getting our house cleaned up (both inside and out), and assessing needed repairs and maintenance issues, while always keeping us updated with honest feedback from potential buyers. Most importantly, she never grew desperate, and kept our hopes up. We ended up with a very fair offer (thanks to Andrea's diligence and patience), and closed last week. My wife Deanna and I can not say enough about Andrea's work ethic and knowledge of the local real estate market, nor can we recommend Andrea any more highly.
