By chance I ran across Andrea when I was trying to get info on mortgage companies in or around Lakeland. Being from TN I was unfamiliar with the area. Andrea honestly went above and beyond my expectations. She knows Lakeland like the back of her hand. She can literally answer any question you have. If she doesn't know, she will find out. She always responded to calls, texts, and emails the same day. She walks you through every process and explains how it works. I have never had a realtor who takes more pride in her job than Andrea. If I had to use one word to describe our experience with Andrea, it would have to be WOW!!! We decide to place our home on the market and expected it may take a few months to sell. Andrea came in, directed us wisely on what to do to make our home show ready. She advised us on the price point, one we were very happy with! The For Sale sign went in our yard and we had 5 showings in the first week. One of those showings became a cash offer and within 7 days of listing our home we had a cash contract!
