Andrea really did go above and beyond to help us sell our house. She was really great with offering advise and consulting her team/ doing research when she didn't know an answer to a question (I personally believe this is a great quality). Her knowledge in home repair is really extensive and it was so helpful to have her as a trusted resource when prepping the house for sale. She worked very hard on choosing the right price so that it would sell quickly, and the appraisal showed that she was exactly right. Her ability to connect with the other parties involved and negotiate is really an asset. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. Her enthusiasm and down to earth approach was great, and she got our house sold for a good price.

Andrea was very concerned, and really wanted to help me and my family fine the dream house we wanted to raise our family, and we found it within 3 weeks, she help us close on it with 5 better offers on the table and somehow we got the house. She even stayed connected with us through all the financial help as well. Me and my wife couldn’t be more happier as a 1st time home buyer.!
