I met Andrea a year or so before actually...

I met Andrea a year or so before actually listing my house with Long and Foster. She noted I had just come off the market and wanted to stop by to meet me and discuss my experiences. We connected from the start and remained in contact over the next year sending a greeting from time to time. Andrea was always thoughtful and courteous without being overbearing and always sensitive to what was right for me. With her gentle reminders, I knew it was time to try again sooner than later. We met and discussed our approach and listed in late spring despite my fears of jumping in too late in the season. My house sold in 28 days! Then she helped me find a townhome I can call home! Andrea was timely, available night and day and kept me focused and on target. Through everything she not only was my agent but new friend. She even offered to take my pet for a bit during the days prior to the sale of my home and after the move to my new townhome! With multiple settlements in one day between the buyers and the sellers, and with the fantastic coordination and help of Prosperity Mortgage, we managed to get through it.
