Andie is a top notch agent. Having listed real estate and arranged purchase and sales agreements, and bought and sold flips, rentals etc. I I have seen and worked with a lot of agents. Any licensed real estate agent can show houses and put your listing in the MLS. Heck you could hire your neighbor who has a real estate license or work with an agent who was referred to you by a friend at work.
