I’ve now used Castinetti Realty Group to help me in buying a house and in selling it. I would highly recommend Andrea and her team for a number of reasons: - Connections/Networking: Most people who live in the central Massachusetts area are familiar with Andrea Castinetti, be it through her work with various charities, her business, her radio show, or just from knowing her personally. She is helpful in every area of real estate because she knows so many people and has great relationships throughout Massachusetts. - Responsiveness: I know through my processes of buying/selling I wanted to make sure I was working with someone that was available when I needed them. Of the many times I reached out with questions, I don’t think I ever waited longer than 30 mins (if that?) to hear back from Andrea. She’s quick, efficient with her time, and persistent in following up when necessary. - Attention to detail: This was my first time both buying and selling a house, and there are so many steps and small details that I couldn’t imagine doing by myself. I also had to sell from a distance, and Andrea was there helping me every step of the way. Sometimes you may find a real estate agent who is good at networking or good at selling or good at closing a deal quickly, but attention to the details are lacking. Andrea has the perfect combo of everything and I very much appreciated that throughout this experience. - Kindness: Andrea and her whole team was constantly able to shift priorities when things didn’t go as planned. There were folks who stepped in to run open houses when I changed my mind last minute. Their patience and perseverance to stick through some of the frustrating parts about a house sale was unmatched. Andrea also donates a portion of her commission to a local charity on your behalf, so that’s another testament to how big her heart is. CRG isn’t just a business to Andrea and her team. Their goal is to truly make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible for you.
