Andrea was my agent when I bought my first home, so it was a no brainer for me to call her when I decided to sell it. As expected, she was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me through each step of the process. Being in the seller position was an entirely different experience but with Andrea’s expertise and years of experience - it all went smoothly. We went through Keller Williams Realty and they suggested Andrea. She was great and was extremely patient with us being first time home buyers. The suggestions she came up with for houses all fit our profile perfectly and the one we finally ended up choosing was our dream home. There were a few changes that we wanted done and she scheduled everything for us with really reliable examiners and electricians. She was always kind and friendly and would guide us through any paperwork we were unsure of. I would highly suggest anyone who needs an experienced broker for their home buying experience!

This was my first buying experience and found Andrea's name through Zillow and decided to send her an email. Within the hour she had called me to introduce herself and talk to me about what I was looking for. She was very nice over the phone and set me up with email alters for homes/condos in the area I was looking in Chino Hills in my price range which was great. Any time I saw a listing I was able to text Andrea and she always responded back right away which I greatly appreciated and actually was what helped me purchase my condo. Andrea made this process so easy and smooth and I trusted her expertise. There had been other offers on the place I purchased but she was able to reach out to me immediately to let me know what the possibilities were and since I was in a position to close escrow early, she was able to present my offer quickly and the sellers accepted. She made it very easy with communication through email since I was not living close to Chino Hills area at the time. She recommended a great home inspection company and in the end, we closed escrow early and had no issues at all. I am so grateful to have found Andrea to help buy my first home and would highly recommender her to anyone looking in the IE area.
