She stayed the course through a very frustrating closing process due to a natural disaster that hit our area, Hurricane Florence. It wasn’t something we could control, but it was a time I will never forget. It was an emotional and stressful time for all of us individually and our entire community. However, Andrea was always available, always supportive and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We also had somewhat of a difficult builder to work with, our closing dates got pushed back several times because contractors were cleaning up the community and their own residences from Florence, and at times it felt like too much to deal with. But Andrea kept me on track and was by my side through all of it. Andrea also found my parents a home and was very patient with them and all their questions, since they were not locals to the area and didn’t quite know what they truly wanted.
