The obvious choice for buyers or sellers.
Andrea was immediately proven to be an expert in the local market and the process from start to finish. She communicated with the seller, my lender and the title company to make the process as smooth as possible for me. We were able to see the property the day it was listed because of the extensive networking she has. She advised us on details for the offer we submitted that made the difference between getting the property or not. If you want straight, no nonsense advice you can't go wrong working with Andrea. She is professional, courteous, and to the point. Next time I am buying or selling, I will be working with her.
