Andrea helped the reviewer sell this property

Getting the Job Done

Working with Andrea to sell my family home was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Selling a property with a lot of history comes with its own unique challenges, but Andrea was consistently patient, understanding, and ready to help with whatever came up. She truly went above and beyond when it came to a side lot that was still listed under an old relative's name. That could have easily turned into a massive headache, but she helped me figure out the details and kept everything moving forward. On top of that, she connected me with great people to make necessary updates to the house, which allowed us to maximize its value and get top dollar. While we didn't always see eye to eye right away on our listing price strategy, Andrea kept me grounded and focused on the big picture. She worked hard on our behalf and made sure we closed in a really great timeframe at a price that satisfied all parties. If you need an agent who is patient, resourceful, and willing to tackle complex details with you, I definitely recommend working with Andrea.
