We decided to sell our house earlier this year and contacted Andrea to learn about the process. Although they’re the experts in realty, Andrea was down to earth and open to some ideas that we had in terms of pricing and the write up, which was nice. She also deferred to us on some important decisions regarding negotiations with the buyers, but gave us guidance when we needed it. When we finally posted the property on the mls, we got an offer in 8 days, and then closed in about 40 days, for full asking price. We couldn’t have imagined our sale going any smoother and would highly recommend Andrea and her team for your real estate needs.
