Andrea Belding is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. She does all her homework; research on the house to be sold, surrounding houses like it, where the market is, and then presents all that to the seller so the seller can be informed before putting the house on the market. She also knows how to market the house with great descriptions and professional pictures. I really never thought hiring a professional photographer would be worth it but it really is!!! She is awesome to work with!
