I wish I could give Andrea 6 stars. Her intelligence, tenacity, and dedication are seldom experienced from team members, let alone what I had anticipated from an agent. There was no hurdle we couldn't overcome together without her leadership. She was diligent, dependable, and wise in her approach to helping me explore opportunities that fit my circumstances and ideal scenario. Her vision of finding win/win solutions for all parties led to multiple occasions where I was witness to not only accolades from other stakeholders, but also a pursuit of her wisdom from novice and expert agents in her field. There came a point where I began looking forward to seeing Andrea, not only to visit and discuss new homes, but also to discuss and expand our relationship, which truly became the bedrock of our experience together. Without this kinship I don't know whether I would have been as patient or as open to her guidance and to making difficult decisions. She aided me during numerous points where I struggled with my emotions and decisions, applying a level of kindness and empathy that transcends professionalism into a new arena of competency and integrity rarely seen in people. Her candor, wit, and approach brought ease, brightness, and a sense of accomplishment that exceeded my expectations. In many instances, I wanted to walk away and pause my search when circumstances outside of my control limited my optimism and outlook on the buying process. Andrea was not only able to enliven my spirit, but also reinvigorate my approach that ultimately resulted in my purchase of a home that I never thought was in the realm of possibility. I owe this, again, to her determination, her tactful negotiating skills, and her high acumen with the market, seller behavior, and neighborhood conditions.
