Actually, I thought I could sell my home myself. I took a real estate course before Covid and passed the exam and am a marketing professional. So why not? Then a friend recommended Andrea Aylett-Hosch who is an attorney as well as a Realtor and the minute I met her I knew I would enjoy working with her. I quickly decided that she was the better choice to sell my home. She made things happen quickly! There is a long list of things that need to be done before the listing, and she did them all with excellence. She is a transparent communicator, was agreeable to working together on some of the marketing elements and taught me quite a bit along the way. Then we had the open house and seeing her in action with the crowd at the open house was impressive. When buyers expressed interest she moved swiftly and within 6 weeks, including all the time between inspections, appraisals, forms, setting up a title search etc. etc. we were at the closing table. She was a pleasure to work with, got the job done quickly and for a top price. I got the price I had hoped for and an education about real estate too, including what a smart decision it was to hire her.
