Andrea and her staff were very enjoyable to work with on our first real estate purchase in Orange County. They were very supportive in helping us look at houses as we had many to choose from. Andrea was a strong negotiator and was able to get us a nearly everything we were asking for when it came to the home repairs request. Masterful. This team, especially Andrea and Gabriela did everything they said they would do. We had some special circumstances and wanted to sell our condo quickly if possible. We met with four realtors and this team came ready for our meeting. we went with Black Label because it felt comfortable and they were going to help us with a few things that aren't normal for a sale. Within a week of the meeting we were ready to start making changes. They gave us suggestions on what to do to help increase our foot traffic and what would look best for the open house. the following weekend we moved furniture, Andrea bought some curtains for us to help with color appeal, and we cleaned the clutter per her suggestions. Monday she had a photographer take photos, Tuesday the condo went on the market and by Tuesday afternoon we had our first visit. Wednesday we had our first offer. Saturday we had an open house and by that Monday we were heading into escrow! Magic! they can work miracles if you follow their suggestions and really put an effort to make your house look appealing. I am still in shock of how fast it was. 30 days later we handed our keys over and like that we sold our first home. It was bittersweet but i'm glad I had a team like this helping us through our life changes. I strongly recommend talking to a few realtors and ending with Andrea and her team. You won't be disappointed.
