As a first-time rental property investor, especially investing out of state, I had many questions and uncertainties throughout the process. I was fortunate to work with Andrea Allen, who guided me every step of the way. She helped me search for properties that fit my budget and investment goals and connected me with lenders and other service providers who made the entire process much easier. This journey was not always easy, but having the right real estate agent who supports you, advocates for you, and keeps you motivated makes a tremendous difference. Andrea was there when I had questions, concerns, or needed guidance. Her support gave me the confidence to keep moving forward, and without her help, achieving my goal of becoming a rental property investor would have been much more difficult. I truly appreciate everything Andrea did to help make my dream a reality. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone considering purchasing a home or investment property, especially first-time or out-of-state investors who want someone knowledgeable and supportive in their corner. I would confidently recommend her to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional to help turn their real estate goals into reality

My experience was very wonderful. Andrea always answers her phone even after hours. Andrea is very good about following up on the things I ask her. She is very pleasant to work with. And she always on time.

First, let me say thanks, Andrea. I'm the type of person who really doesn't want to do anything, so your work ethic is awesome. Andrea handles everything from A to Z, stayed in contact, communication skills were perfect, and [she was] very polite and professional. I will be using Andrea again real soon. If you're looking for a realtor, please don't hesitate to contact Andrea Allen. Your home buying or selling will be a smooth transaction. Thanks, Andrea.
