Andre was critical for the successful purchase of our first home. My wife and I decided to buy a house in Florida during the pandemic, while living in New Jersey. I had a quick call with Andre to walk him through what we wanted and had decided and he quickly came up with the game plan for our idea to be successful. He knew a lot about the region we were buying a house in, and was able to clearly tell us what and where we would need to do things during and after construction. He walked me through the entire process and made all the paperwork seem simple. He anticipated all the steps so that we knew exactly what to expect. He was always available to clarify anything we didn't understand, and made he stopped by the construction site to keep us updated on the development of our house. And last, but definitely not least, he negotiated the terms of payment for the earnest money, allowing us to pay in installments. Our experience buying our first home was seamless because of Andre.
