The first time I met André when I was looking for a property investment in Miami, back in 2016. I was planning to invest my savings in a 40-year old building and he discouraged from making the purchase. From the information available on the internet, the building was nice and apparently had no problems, and I must confess I was a bit surprised with his opposition. However, to prove his point, André kindly took the time to visit the building. He made several videos in which I could see with my own eyes the poor condition of the apartments I had in view. Later on, he carefully helped me to distinguish the different types of properties available in Miami and, eventually, I bought an apartment through him. In a place like Miami you need someone with knowledge, experience and the expertise to guide you away from making mistakes. André has those qualities.
