My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of working with Andre Sims on the sale of my daughter's home in Marietta, GA. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and diligent. The sale was particularly challenging because we were not living in Atlanta to complete a lot of tasks that the seller would normally be responsible for. Andre hired a contractor and supervised the preparation of the property so it presented well to potential buyers. He regularly checked the property to make sure everything was in order. Once the property was under contract he managed the process with expertise ensuring that the closing would occur on time.
