A True Partner

We had decided to tear down our old house and build a new house. Halfway through the project I selected Andre as our agent. Andre, from the onset, provided invaluable advice and provided suggestions on how to modify the architecture in order to make the house more desirable and a better fit for market. He spent numerous hours working with our builder inspecting their work to ensure high quality of product. He participated in design and became a true partner and stakeholder in the project. We could not have finished the house the way we did without his input and definitely couldn't sell it at the price range without his active engagement. Andre, in addition to be a very personable and skillful sales agent, possesses a very deep understanding of the market, design, the comparative assessment of the properties, and what various demographics desire and look for in a house.
