Andre, not only found the property we were looking for, but he also discovered a major flaw in the structure of the building which helped us to get a credit of over $40K. Additionally, he worked his magic and closed the deal within a week, preventing the property to reach the market in weekend where number of buyers had appointments to visit the property. His knowledge of the construction and building design, coupled with his engaging personality literally saved us much more than his fees.
