This is the 4th transaction we have had with Andre. He has both bought and sold 2 houses for us over the years. At our first house all the "neighborhood agents" told me I was crazy for my asking price and when I met Andre he actually told me he thought he could get it for a bit higher than what i wanted. He sold that house in 1 week for the price he thought he could sell for. When it came time to sell this house he was our only call. We agreed on an asking price and he got us multiple offers with only a weekend of open houses. He has been on top of the process the whole way through and we are actually set to close a little bit early. He is very professional, but also has a great persona about him that helps to sell your house.
