I'm a first time homeowner and Andie really helped with making this an easy process, he was on top of everything and kept me informed. Andie is EXTREMELY knowledgeable,endlessly patient, always helpful and explained everything in great detail. One of the things that I loved about Andie was that he was ALWAYS availible via email, phone and text, I'm very inpatient and it made things TONS better during this whole process. I would definitely recommend Andie and I will be working with him in the future if/when I decide to buy/sell another home. I really liked the fact that he was on top of everything, following up on stuff that I wanted/needed to be done before closing, I worked with him for 3 months as the house was being built and I wouldn't change anything except the other realtor for the builder. I really appreciate EVERYTHING he has done for us, he began as my agent and ended up as our good friend, thank you Andie.
